• Great work is done at our office in Surrey Hills (the local train station is very close) - but sometimes, better work is done remotely (by agreement).

Our view on managing Owners Corporations

• Our work is largely administration based with some on-site property inspections / meetings with clients / contractors.
• The work is busy - we write lots of emails, make lots of phone calls, hold meetings (on-line) most weeks and we will support you on how to best manage this.
• We encourage you to adopt your own style in liaising with clients (phone, email, SMS) with the intent of solving the problem and not passing it to someone else - these skills are trained for and developed over time, irrespective of the level of experience.
• Meetings are one of the highlights of what we do - it is an opportunity to show and demonstrate all of the quality work that you have done throughout the year. Each client has one meeting per year. You will be thoroughly trained and prepared for this process. Direct support will be provided for more challenging meetings.
• We centralize as much of the grunt work as we can so you can focus on delivering high levels of service. 
• We provide regular training, some conducted internally, some by external facilitators, some by industry experts.

The portfolio - (what you will be looking after)

• Approximately 45 Owners Corporations (containing approximately 600 lots (a lot is an apartment / factory / office)).
• The portfolio has been diligently managed. All meetings are up to date, some properties have on-going projects and issues that take some time to resolve but the clients are in the vast majority, happy and satisfied.
• This is an entry level portfolio but can change to suit a more experienced candidate.

As our newest team member, you will:

• Have some experience working in an office environment.
• Have completed a tertiary qualification.
• Have a clean police check - this is a requirement of you joining our industry professional body.
• Be competent in using technology.
• Be a permanent resident, or on the path to obtaining this (sponsorship is available for the right candidate).

Nice for you to have:

• A second language.
• Some experience in Owners Corporations Management, not necessarily as a manager.
• Some experience in Real Estate Property Management.
• Be familiar with the concept of Owners Corporations Management.
