About the role

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced full time Office All-rounder to join the team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, with a focus on providing exceptional administrative and customer service support. You’ll be involved in everything from managing paperwork to interacting with clients and prospects.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: 

  • Providing a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and general office management tasks
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Assisting the team with tasks such as scheduling, coordinating appointments, and managing office supplies
  • Supporting the real estate agents with various tasks to ensure the successful execution of their duties
  • Maintaining and updating office records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients

About You 

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, social media marketing and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems
  • Full Australian work rights or be a permanent resident - no requests for sponsorship will be accepted 
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • A positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to a dynamic team environment
