Current Job Openings:
1. Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III, Diploma Qualified, ECT, and Trainee) -(Full-time, Part-time and Casuals).
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6. Our educators will have access to a wide range of resources and flexible working hours to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Document children's progress through observations, learning stories, and assessments.
- Build strong relationships with families, engaging them in their child’s learning journey.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging, safe, and positive environment.
- Adhere to the National Quality Standards (NQS) and uphold professional ethics.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards these qualifications).
- Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS.
- Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certificate, and Child Protection training.
Qualifications:
- Experience in administration, preferably in an early learning environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with childcare management software (e.g., OWNA) is a plus.
3. Chef/Cook
Join our team as the chef or cook, and be responsible for providing nutritious and delicious meals for the children in our care. We value healthy eating and aim to offer a diverse menu that supports children’s growth and development and develops healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare healthy, balanced meals and snacks following nutrition guidelines.
- Cater to dietary requirements and allergies.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, adhering to all food safety standards.
- Order and manage food supplies efficiently.
- Interact with children to create fun and educational experiences around food—introducing them to new flavours and fostering a love for healthy eating.
Qualifications:
- Relevant commercial cookery certification or experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of dietary needs in early childhood settings.
- Food safety and handling procedures (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is a plus).
