Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on European vehicles, including Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, and more.
• Accurately diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Complete work to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, vehicle technology, and workshop processes.
• Assist with customer inquiries, offering advice on vehicle care and repairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working on European vehicles.
• A trade qualification in Automotive Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of European car brands and their specific requirements.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and modern automotive technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
