A well-established 23-room motel in the Albury area of NSW is seeking a Motel Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient service.

• The ideal candidate will possess:
• Trustworthy, reliable, and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong computer and administrative abilities
• Experience with reservation platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia
• Ability to oversee housekeeping operations
• Capability to handle general maintenance tasks
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Previous employer references or referees

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs
• Handling administrative duties and maintaining records
• Preparing daily and weekly reports
• Providing exceptional service and liaising with guests
• Overseeing housekeeping and ensuring high cleanliness standards
• Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations
• Assisting with maintenance and general upkeep of the motel
