We are currently looking for a Migration Agent Assistant to join our Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and customer-oriented individual to support our migration agents and assist clients throughout the visa process.

About the Role
As a Migration Agent Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for client inquiries, offering clear and professional communication regarding visa applications and sponsorship procedures. You will also assist with data entry, document preparation, compliance monitoring, and general administrative duties to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person when needed.
  • Help prepare and submit visa applications under the direction of a migration agent.
  • Keep accurate and well-organized records in company databases and migration systems.
  • Track application timelines and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Schedule client consultations and provide timely updates on application status.
  • Support compliance processes and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
  • Assist the broader migration team with administrative tasks, reporting, and case management.

About You:

  • At least 1-2 years of work in a fast-paced case management/client management position
  • Strong background in customer service, preferably in a professional or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with file management.
  • A proactive and professional approach to addressing client inquiries and concerns.
