Responsibilities and Duties:

• Fabricate and weld metal components of IAC Acoustics doors in accordance with our quality guidelines.
• Read and understand drawings, plans and manuals.
• Work with tools and machinery in order to perform your role.
• Some lifting and moving of materials.
• Follow established safe work procedures and instructions.
• Follow instructions offered by Senior Staff members.
• Produce IAC Acoustics doors in accordance with drawings or instructions supplied by Management.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
• Report unsafe practices to Management, as soon as practically possible after they occur.
• Work in accordance with the IAC Acoustics Quality Assurance system and help to maintain a high quality standard.

Qualifications and Skills

• Trade level qualification (preferred)

Key Performance Indicators:

• Fabricate IAC doors within the allocated hours specified by quotations.
• Ensure the quality of IAC doors meets business expectations.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of drawings, plans, and manuals.
• Perform work tasks safely and efficiently.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in sheet metal. Experience with acoustic parts is highly regarded but not essential.
