Our Position
  
To support thier ongoing growth, Our client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join thier team. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will assist in the development and execution of our global marketing plans. Primary focus will be to drive growth for the our clients brand in Western Australia and Southeast Asia, with additional support for other internal brands on an ad-hoc basis.
  
This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Execution: Execute our global marketing plans and manage and administer all digital channels.
  • Communication: Communicate and build relationship within the internal team driving successful marketing initiatives
  • Creation: Create relevant and engaging content including blogs, news articles, case studies, infographics and video content for use across various marketing channels as well assisting in the design & content creation for relevant websites
  • Innovation: Produce suitable and effective marketing collateral to support sales activities including catalogues, brochures, flyers, trade show materials, promotional items, etc;
  • Planning: Own the social media strategy and execution including planning, content creation and paid advertising campaigns. Aswell as managing the events calendar for our client in WA and SEA, assisting in planning and co-ordination of relevant trade shows., community partnerships, sponsorships and hospitality opportunities.
  • Staying ahead: Manage the events calendar for our client in WA and SEA as well as assisting in planning and co-ordination of relevant trade shows.
  • Culture: Collaborate and communicate with international teams or markets, adapting strategies to suit local culture as well as embracing diverse perspectives within the marketing team to foster creativity and innovation.
About You
You will be a:
  • Skilled Professional: with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or associated field with 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong Communicator: With great interpersonal skills, an energetic persona, and conflict management skills.
  • Go-Getter: Be a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments and proactively identify opportunities and deliver results with confidence
