Our Australia head office in Dandenong South, Victoria site is looking for a talented full time Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE: 

• Launch planning and marketing
• Liaise with Marketing Managers of the Gates key customers
• Report on returns on investment (RoI) of sales promotions, agree targets with customers, and ensure results meet target
• Advertise and communicate about Gates and its products 
• Oversee artwork & design 
• Plan and coordinate promotions and campaigns
• Lead public relations programs & sponsorships
• Manage events
• Manage information & reporting
• Assist with a variety of other sales and marketing projects and tasks as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 

• Formal qualification in Marketing and a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a sales and marketing environment.
• Excellent computer skills with ability to efficiently use various digital marketing tools and MS Office suite, especially EXCEL.
• Experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation) and CRM programs will be advantageous 
• Experience in a similar industry to Gates and in-depth product knowledge will be a strong advantage
• Must already have the proper legal work right status for full time employment in Australia.

• Must have strong organization, administration, and communication skills required to perform tasks such as planning, implementing marketing programs and analysis. 
• Must have strong organisational skills to be able to prioritse a high volume of work.
