This is an exciting opportunity as a role like this does not come about very often. As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the marketing plan, so as to achieve growth and profit targets. A diversified and “hands on” role, reporting to the General Manager and working closely with our Sales & Ops manager and Branch managers, you will handle all aspects of the groups marketing, including..

• Digital and online customer experience
• Radio & Print media
• Signage & Sponsorships
• Brand Ambassadors
• Events
• Marketing budget & plan

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in developing and delivering successful strategies and initiatives, and provide the following…

• Relevant degree qualification and or equivalent industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sound commercial judgement
• Excellent negotiation skills 

Previous experience marketing and or working with steel and or trade tools would be an advantage.

Based at our Lisarow head office, we are open to part time or full time, with flexible hours and a hybrid option.
