As part of its expansion strategy in Australia, Double A is seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive impactful marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and consumer engagement across various retail channels.

About the Role

As the Marketing Executive (Consultant), you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to strengthen Double A’s brand presence in Australia across multiple channels, including general trade, modern trade, corporate and government accounts, print shops, e-commerce, and omni-channels. You will also play a key role in both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns while leveraging digital platforms to enhance consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support Double A’s business growth in Australia.
• Work closely with marketing agencies to drive brand awareness and promotional activities across digital and traditional media (TVC, PR, social media, out-of-home advertising, etc.).
• Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
• Implement trade marketing and channel marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Plan and execute consumer engagement activities via social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and distributor teams to develop channel-specific marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and market trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in consumer goods, office stationery, or FMCG sectors in Australia.
• Strong expertise in both ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
• Proven experience managing social media engagement and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Information:

• This is an Independent Consultant role due to Double A not having a legal entity in Australia.
• Candidates must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents, as no work sponsorship is available.
• Preferred candidates are based in Sydney or Melbourne for better market accessibility.
