We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, where you will enjoy variety within your role every day. If you have 1 – 3 years of experience in the marketing industry and would like to grow your marketing knowledge across all facets, then this role is for you.

The Role:

Coordinating of all live shows and entertainment: Manage the scheduling and logistical arrangements for entertainment acts and live shows across all three of our clubs.

Implementation of Annual Events: Coordinate and execute a variety of annual events (such as Mother’s Day, Melbourne Cup, etc), ensuring they align with our clubs’ goals and member expectations.

Coordinate Internal Communications: Ensure all our 250 staff know what’s happening with current promotions, entertainment and offers.

Coordinate Member Engagement: Be a part of our socials and assist the team with online engagement through coordinating staff and content.

Coordinate Community Requests: Coordinate donation and sponsorship requests to help build strong community and business relationships.

About You:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and creativity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by large show schedules.
