About the Role As Manager – Audit and Assurance, you will:

• Lead audits and assurance engagements for a wide range of clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Travel occasionally to regional areas, providing on-site client support and insight.
• Mentor and develop a team of 3–5 professionals, fostering their growth and performance.
• Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered effectively.

What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
• CA/CPA qualifications (or equivalent), with extensive experience in audit and assurance.
• A client-centric approach, with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Flexibility to travel regionally as required.
