Engineering Applications (ENAP) is a respected engineering company located in Hemmant and Carole Park. ENAP has over 40 years' experience in the Design, Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance of varying types of process plant and equipment.

Due to an increase in workload during the busy holiday period, Engineering Applications are seeking qualified Maintenance Fitter's to join out established work teams in SEQ. The work will primarily be client shutdowns and commence in mid-December 2024 and stretch through to mid-January 2025. Flexibility with dates can be provided to fit around workers with established employment. Whilst not essential for the required sites, preference will be provided to applicants who have a Q-Fever vaccination.

About the role

• Depending on sites, candidates will typically work 10-12 hour days (Penalty rates apply)
• Work on a variety of sites across a broad range of industries (manufacturing, industrial, food, healthcare, utilities etc)
• Brisbane and surrounding areas
• Extensive fault finding, breakdown and preventative maintenance

About You

You will have:

• Minimum Certificate III Engineering - Fitting
• General Safety Induction Card
• Current industry experience with routine and breakdown maintenance
• The ability to problem solve and meet client requirements and expectations
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Site shutdown experience
• Additional ticketing and licenses desirable, but not essential
