Lisec Technician – Glass Manufacturing Industry (Melbourne)
Are you a skilled technician with expertise in automated systems, particularly Lisec machinery? We are seeking a proactive and solutions-driven professional passionate about maintaining and improving equipment performance.
What You'll Do:

• Manage Lisec project installations, commissioning, and servicing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Drive preventative and corrective maintenance strategies to ensure maximum system availability.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and eliminate operational failures.
• Ensure compliance with Australian standards for all equipment installations.

About You:

• 3+ years of experience with Lisec and other glass processing equipment.
• At least 5 years in a similar role within the glass manufacturing sector.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, or Mechatronics).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong ability to plan, analyze, and challenge operational processes.
• Hands-on approach to equipment maintenance and process improvement.
