What You’ll Do:
As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering outstanding dishes that reflect our commitment to quality. Your responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team to excel during peak service periods.
- Food Preparation: Produce incredible dishes you and your team can be proud of.
- Culture Building: Create a positive, supportive kitchen culture focused on teamwork, fun, and success.
- Operations Management: Oversee food ordering, storage, and preparation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Roster Management: Create rosters that balance operational needs with team availability and budget goals.
- Cost Control: Assist in achieving food cost targets through efficient ordering and waste management.
- Compliance: Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations.
About You:

- Possesses strong communication skills, building positive relationships with team members, suppliers, and front-of-house staff.
