Emanate Technology is partnered with a key government agency seeking a Full Stack Developer to support multiple modernisation projects and BAU activities. This small, high-performing team is looking for a Senior Developer with Java or JavaScript experience to contribute to innovative software development initiatives.

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet end-user needs.
• Analyse, review, and develop code components, providing technical advice to the Business Solutions and Technology team.
• Prepare technical documentation outlining system proposals and implementation details.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements for applications.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing applications and the delivery of new enterprise systems.
• Play a key role in shaping the ongoing architecture of business systems within the department.

Desirable Technical Skills:

• Java or JavaScript development experience (mandatory).
• Spring Framework (Spring MVC, IoC, AOP, Security).
• Web Services (SOAP and REST).
• Hibernate ORM.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business process engineering.
• Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Jira, Jenkins.
• Experience with Salesforce migration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and proactively address system challenges.
