The client we are working with is a longstanding Italian restaurant in the heart of the south coast. They have two venues and are looking to bring on a talented chef to join their family. They have a very supportive culture supporting staff however they can and can guarantee an above market product at an above market restaurant. This is a chance to work with a professional restaurant a cut above the rest. They go to great lengths to make sure their team remains happy even at cost to themselves and really nurture and support chefs!

About The Role

We are looking for an Italian Head Chef. We want someone who has spent the last few years working to bring great Italian food to the table. You will be expected to be able to make everything from scratch and deliver a fantastic product in line with what the restaurant already plates up. You must be able to live on the south coast. The role is primarily from Wed to Sunday as these are the busier days with some flexibility around the roster. You will be expected to work between the two stores however they aren't far from each other. A Sous or qualified CDP who can match all the expectations would be considered for this role as well!
