About the Role:
As the Speech Pathologist, you will report into the Allied Health Team Leader and will be responsible for:

• Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating speech pathology services.
• Develop individualised treatment plans addressing the specific needs, goals, diagnosis, and functional abilities of each patient.
• Ensure services balance access, continuity of care, and cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and required statistical data.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to team planning and quality improvement.

  
About You

• An experienced Speech Pathologist from New Zealand, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States, or Canada seeking to relocate to Australia with sponsorship and financial assistance provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Skilled in providing services in both individual and group settings, with the ability to coach parents and carers.
• Excellent time management and self-management abilities to handle a caseload of clients with varying speech conditions.
