This is an office-based role, at our South Dandenong Victoria office with an opportunity for further professional development moving into new roles in the future

Position Description:

Daily sales activity support such as fielding and processing of telephone and online sales inquiries, general customer service, order processing and order distribution.
Assist with the development of marketing and sales material, as well as ensure brand communication through enforcing brand guidelines and policy in conference, partnerships, promotions and creative collateral.
Support social media content.
Assisting with the development of digital marketing content (including website and social media platforms) with the team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, 
Learn and assist with planning & managing various conferences including sponsorship and assisting with the selling of medical devices and equipment at some of these events.
Assist with market research such as competitive analysis and market feedback.
