For this exciting full-time role you will be based at our office in Dandenong South and is available for an immediate start for the right person.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Process sales orders via phone and email
• Send quotes and assist with tender submissions
• Stock ordering from suppliers when required
• Professional management of Inbound customer contacts and entering into CRM
• Provide high quality customer service
   

Qualifications & experience

• Customer Service or Sales Experience required 
• Steel or Manufacturing Industry Experience advantageous
• Solid understanding of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
