- Account Management: Engage with SME Business Owners and General Managers via phone, email, and online channels to strengthen relationships and increase product sales.
- Sales Growth: Expand the range of products purchased by Business Partners, boosting daily sales and monthly trading activity.
- Opportunity Identification: Understand customer needs, recognize business opportunities, and close deals.
- Brand Awareness: Enhance brand recognition and preference across your portfolio.
- Virtual Sales: Utilize phone, email, and Teams to connect with decision-makers and achieve KPIs.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at events and conferences as needed.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or customer engagement.
- Driven: Ambitious and results-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding KPIs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual sales and digital communication tools.
- Resilient: Persistent in finding solutions and closing deals, even when faced with challenges.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong communication and listening skills, able to engage at all levels.
