Full-time Indian Cook position available at Sylvania Indian Restaurant which is located in the Sylvania, NSW. The job applicant must have minimum of  1 year of full time  work experience in Indian cuisine preferred in Australia along with right qualification . Visa sponsorship available for the suitable candidate at an award wage package of $75,000-$80,000 (depending on experience).

Indian Cook- KEY TASKS

• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
• Preparing and cooking food
• Seasoning food during cooking
• Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes
• Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements
• May plan menus and estimate food requirements
• May train other kitchen staff and apprentices

Qualifications/Experience required: Cert IV in  Commercial Cookery or Hospitality plus 1 year of full time full time experience.
