Zerella Fresh is one of Australia’s largest grower and packers of Carrots, Onions and Potatoes supplying Australia’s leading supermarket chains plus independents and exports.
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, supporting operations at our Parilla site in South Australia.
As a valuable member of our team, you will play a vital role in the success of our Potato, Carrot and Onion operation. If you are reliable, energetic and have a passion for human resources we would love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager you will be working collectively as part of a team working across a range of human resource operations.
An attractive salary between $70,000 - $80,000 is available to the right candidates. Benefits may include accommodation, a relocation allowance and additional travel allowances.
We are seeking candidates to be based at our Parilla site, this position provides an opportunity for visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the complete Group accommodation management process, including the routine review and updating of policies, procedures, and associated documents.
• Maintain regular meetings with Managers to understand staffing requirements; work closely with the HR Team to develop effective employee management strategies.
• Ensure all HR policies are maintained, with routine review and updating, in conjunction with the HR Manager.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Employee Onboarding Program, utilising the Employment Hero system.
• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Employment Hero HR system and all employee personnel records.
• Ensure all employee data in Employment Hero is updated and accurate, routinely complete ad hoc data review to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Human Resources.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Full unrestricted Class C driver’s licence.
• Experience with, and understanding of, applicable legislative regulations.
• Cultural adaptability and a willingness to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A willingness to be hands on and participate in a broad range of duties, a strong work ethic is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to problem-solve.
