The Broken Hill Hotel in Kalgoorlie is looking for a Hotel manager. As Hotel Manager you will build deep, mutually beneficial relationships with your team, your patrons and local suppliers. The Federal Hotel is the place to enjoy a cold beer after a day's work. We feature a massive beer garden with summer events, drive, accommodation and of course a good old country pub with a big selection on tap, beers along with the big names.

Candidate Profile

• Display management experience and take ownership of Operations;
• Build a strong team in a fast-paced environment;
• Manage budgets, Rostering & timesheet approvals
• Demonstrate an understanding of food and beverage trends in the hospitality industry;
• Available to work a range of shifts;
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
• Ability to prioritize and multitask;
• Knowledge of hotel and bar businesses with strong systems and processes
• Who you are matters as much as what you can do!
• MUST HAVE A WESTERN AUSTRALIAN APPROVED MANAGERS CARD OR WILLING TO OBTAIN ON
