About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Trade Qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel   Mechanic to work in our Maryborough workshop, located in the beautiful Fraser Coast region to attend regular maintenance, testing, and breakdowns of our varied range of light vehicles, trucks, loaders, forklifts, harvesters, and skidders.

Attractive package to the right candidate including company vehicle. salary is based on experience. 

About you:

• Relevant trade qualification
• Proven ability to quickly diagnose mechanical issues on a wide range of equipment/vehicles/machinery. 
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Practical approach to problem solving 
• Ability to guide our on-site apprentice
• Driving Licence MR or higher preferred. 

What's on offer:

• Generous above award rate salary between $35 - $40 per hour based on a 45 hour week plus super and overtime. 
• 9 day fortnight, including some weekend work.  Details of rostering to be discussed with the successful applicant.
• In house training 
• Relocation allowance can be negotiated for the right person
• Sponsorship available for the right candidate, however, on-shore candidates are preferred.
