Heavy Diesel Mechanic

Raywell Contracting is seeking heavy diesel mechanics to join our team in the Mandurah region. 

We will also accept self-employed/ sub-contractor candidates.

Raywell Contracting is a well-established mining services contractor with a proud history of delivering projects throughout WA for over 30 years. Joining our team means joining a company with a proven track record of success and reliability. 

We can offer an immediate start working day shift only. 

The successful candidate must live in the Peel region or within 45 minutes of our Pinjarra-based workshop. This is not a FIFO or sponsorship position. We are seeking field service and workshop-based mechanics. 

General Duties

Raywell Contracting has a range of heavy machines (dozers, excavators, dump trucks, loaders, etc.) that require all aspects of repairs and maintenance, from basic servicing to full rebuilds.

Essential criteria for employment:

• Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology 
• Strong ability to problem solve and perform diagnostics
• Must be self-motivated
• Well presented
• Strong safety culture
• Valid MR (or higher) driver's license
• Rigging or dogging qualifications desired but not essential
• Working at heights qualifications desired but not essential
