The Role

As the Head chef, you will be required to oversee and lead the operations of the kitchen. Menu design, implementation, and the ability to lead are integral parts of this role. We are seeking a hands-on motivated individual to continue to drive this already thriving business to the next level

• The ability to implement, design, and cost menus
• Ensuring the smooth running of kitchen operations & service
• Safety and cleanliness of all kitchen and food storage areas
• Creating a harmonious environment amongst all staff within the restaurant
• Strong understanding of financials preferred

I did some research and saw some great reviews for Mordeo so we booked for dinner and we weren't disappointed.
