The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

- Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cost control.
- Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborating with management to create seasonal and event-based menus.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or innovative restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in modern culinary techniques and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Understanding of food safety and compliance regulations in Australia.
