The Role

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and cost control.
  • Overseeing food safety, hygiene, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with management to create seasonal and event-based menus.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or innovative restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in modern culinary techniques and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Understanding of food safety and compliance regulations in Australia.
