The Stirling Arms Hotel in Guildford has been working hard on improvements to the hotel over the last four years which has seen the business grow significantly.  . 

The establishment has a long history and commenced trade in 1852 with additions to the premises in the 1960's and again in 2011 with a large refurbishment recently to make the hotel a crowd pleaser. 

 

We are now on the hunt for our new Head Chef to see our catering operations driven forward with professionalism and high standards.  

About you;

It is envisaged that you are an up and coming leader and will hold or have held a Senior CDP or Sous Chef role (at a minimum) and you are ready to take the next step.

Being a very hands on operator you will lead the team from the front and continue to refine and execute our offerings to retain and improve something that is fast paced and top notch "modern pub grub" with you very own stamp on it.

You understand fully that to get the best out of the team it is imperative that a professional and fun working environment is created by all which is especially driven by your role and actions.

You can hit the ground running and implement menu changes with ease while working on new concepts.

You will have a high level of exposure to fast paced quality food production environments where you deliver consistency.
