About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and creative Head Chef to join our kitchen team to cook our beautiful Italian cuisine. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an immediate start. You will be leading a team of approximately 10 people in a fast paced and busy environment, working closely with our Executive Chef.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Managing team roster and food costs
• Day to day operations of the kitchen
• Acting as team leader and ensuring excellence
• Ability to create and deliver high quality meals
• Extensive knowledge of Italian Cuisine a necessity
• Excellent time management
• A good team spirit, a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
