About Us: Edgars Inn is a beloved Canberra institution, offering a warm, inviting atmosphere for locals since 2001. Our venue has expanded to include four unique dining experiences under one roof: The Inn, Edgars pub, Mama Dough Pizza, and Wakefield's Bar. Now, we're on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Edgars pub, one of the key pillars of our venue.

The Role: As the Head Chef of Edgars pub, you’ll be at the helm of our culinary operations with our executive chef, driving the kitchen team and ensuring every dish reflects the quality and passion we’re known for. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team in a busy pub environment, delivering exceptional pub fare with a modern twist. You'll also have the support of hands on executive chef.

• Experienced in leading a kitchen team, with a strong background in a high volume pub or similar environment.
• Passionate about food, with a deep understanding of contemporary pub cuisine.
