We are on the lookout for a Jack of all Trades Handyman to join our amazing team in Brisbane! Working along side our plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling trades in residential homes completing repair, replacement and upgrade works across all areas in our customers homes.

This position demands a highly motivated individual with strong initiative, high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and the desire to build a career with a leading services company. 

Job Description

• Carry out general maintenance and handyman duties such as but not limited to; Tiling, Concreting, plastering, painting, basic carpentry, paving, landscaping, rendering etc
• Maintain and promote a high-level service standard, professional, and friendly work environment.
• Understand and comply with Service Today Work Health and Safety Policy, other company policies, and statutory requirements impacting the position

Key Responsibilities:

• High level of initiative and willingness to learn and grow skillset
• Carry out Tasks as directed in a timely and professional manner
• Have a sound knowledge and be competent in the use of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to use app technology to communicate and receive tasks
• Ability to communicate well with fellow team members, clients and sub-contractors
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ensure all works carried out are completed well and of a high standard
• Have your own basic hand tools for maintenance work.

About you:

• Unfortunately we will not be offering any new VISA sponsorships / relocations -  Note: Australian Citizens, Australian Residents and existing permanent VISA holders only will be considered for role
• You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the general trades industry
• Experience working within a team environment
• Able to perform duties independently, maintaining high standards
• Full Drivers License
• A strong work ethic, punctual and ability to work flexible hours when required
