About the role

Our award-winning salons in the heart of Warringah Mall and Hornsby NSW are seeking 2 experienced and talented Senior Hairdressers to join our dynamic teams. As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our diverse clientele, showcasing your expertise in all aspects of hairdressing. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment and further develop your skills within the industry. Full time and casual flexible positions available

What you'll be doing

• Providing a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments
• Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Staying up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques and products
• Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Hairdresser in a salon environment
• Strong technical hairdressing skills across cutting, colouring and styling
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Creative flair and an eye for detail
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing learning
• Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior stylists
