ABOUT ALLURA HAIRDRESSING BOUTIQUE

We're a well-established family owned (since 2001), high-end boutique salon located in Berwick and Mt Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, are expanding our team across both salons. We create beautiful, healthy hair as naturally as possible and are known for our "hair integrity first" approach.

Our team of passionate stylists are supported by an in-house educator, an experienced management team, and a full-time coaching company dedicated to your growth! We're big on flexibility (create a schedule that works for you!) and education (programs galore!).

We continually strive to improve ourselves and our guest experience.

We have been accredited by the Australian Hairdressing Council as a Gold Standard Salon which recognizes the high level of support for our team!

Full and Part-time or Casual Positions Available across both salon locations!

Qualifications/Pre-requisites:

• Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing
• Right to live and work in Australia (UK, South African, and NZ Visa Sponsorship considered for the right applicant)

Skills/Attributes:

• Professional, experienced, and passionate about hairdressing
• Strong background in providing quality client service, colouring, and style cutting techniques
• Excited, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude
• Passion for continuous improvement and a team player
