Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Identify and recruit high-quality general practitioners for various medical centres.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best match between candidates and clients.
- Provide exceptional service and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize the back office overseas team to qualify doctor leads, prioritising opportunities.
- Act quickly to build trust and offer doctors options based on their specific needs.
Experience Prerequisites
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in recruiting general practitioners.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique challenges it presents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to honesty, integrity, and ethical practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
