About the role

Magnus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Speech Pathologist to join our team in All Sydney NSW. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, holistic speech and language therapy services to a diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions to help clients improve their speech, language, swallowing, and communication skills
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centred care
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with professional standards
• Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices
• Promoting the importance of speech and language therapy within the local community

What we're looking for

• A degree in Speech Pathology or a related field, with eligibility for registration with the relevant professional body 
• Newly Graduates are open to apply
• Demonstrated experience in providing speech and language therapy services to a diverse range of clients, including paediatric and adult populations
• Strong clinical skills, including the ability to conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of clients and a commitment to continuous professional development
