SERVICE CENTRAL AUTO PTY LTD (ABN 57 165 657 625) trading as Service Central Auto is looking for a full-time motor mechanic working in Botany from Monday to Friday only. The annual wage will be $85,000-$100,0000 plus superannuation.

SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE BUT MUST BE ALREADY LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA. 

As Service Central Auto, you will be responsible and required to maintain and repair commercial fleet and refrigerated vehicles. 

You will need to be experienced in replacing, fixing and diagnosing issues with the mechanical parts of commercial vehicles, specialising in all Japanese commercial vehicles and Japanese Trucks. 

This is a hand-on position. To be successful in this role you will:

• Commercial and fleet scheduled repairs. Truck experience highly regarded. 

• Providing operational support to Director and workshop 2IC. 

• Liaise with external suppliers to organise parts and materials required.

• Provide detailed job sheets for a repair or maintenance job.

• Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults.

• Performing scheduled maintenance services.

• Diagnosing and testing parts with the assistance of scan tools.

• May inspect vehicles and detail work required to achieve roadworthiness.

• Air conditioning and transport refrigeration experience will be highly beneficial.

Requirements:

• Hold at least an AQF Certificate III or higher qualification with 2 years’ experience post qualification or at least 3 years relevant experience will be mandatory
