Responsibilities – selection criteria

• Qualified Fitter / Mechanic Trade Cert in Heavy Diesel (mechanic or fitter) evidence required
• Large Diesel engine servicing
• Mechanical and Hydraulic maintenance
• General and preventative maintenance
• Work as part of the operations team and independently on remote locations
• Develop technical expertise for fault finding, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic breakdown.
• Travel as required for Fleet maintenance
• Ensuring all service records are recorded
• Prepare on/off - hire reports.

Education and Experience

• Interest in heavy equipment, crane technology and maintenance.
• 3 years relevant experience
• Construction white card
• Working at Heights certificate 
• High Risk License: LF & RI 

Skills and Personality

• Must have pre-approved working rights/ visa for Australia ( SPONSORSHIP maybe provided to the right applicant) – evidence required
• Motivated personality & ready to get the job done!
• Good judgement and decisiveness
• Able to work autonomously & a self-starter
• Excellent written & communication skills with I.T. skills of medium level
