We are a growing education and migration advisory service. We help individuals and families navigate the complexities of visa applications, work permits, and residency requirements. We are now expanding our offerings to include dedicated migration consultations, and we’re looking for an experienced, MARA-accredited migration lawyer to join us on a part-time, contractual basis.

In this role, you will provide expert migration advice on a variety of matters, from initial consultations through to more complex application processes. We anticipate starting with a smaller number of hours each week but expect this to grow as we establish our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations (online) to assess eligibility and provide migration advice.
• Review visa applications, sponsorship documentation, and other necessary forms.
• Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with our internal team on client follow-ups, case strategy, and documentation.
• Provide professional, timely, and high-quality service to maintain client satisfaction and uphold our consultancy’s reputation.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Current MARA (Migration Agents Registration Authority) accreditation in good standing.

Preferred:

• A law degree from a recognised institution.
• Experience handling visa applications, residency matters, and other migration-related services.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts in a clear, approachable manner.
