Qualified Chef for Indian Restaurant required

We are looking for an experienced and qualified chef for busy Indian restaurant to work on Tandoor and curry section . You will be looking after own sections which can be tandoor or curry section.

Responsibilities

• Control and direct the food preparation process and other related activities .
• Construct menus with new creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
• Arrange for repairs when necessary.
• Oversee the work of subordinates.
• Estimate staff’s workload.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers.
• Oversee and supervise all kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as Chef in Indian restuarant.
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management.
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Familier with latest trend in food industry.
• Sound knowledge of organic ,vegan & gluten free dishes
• Full time work rights
