You are driven, detail oriented, quick thinking and thorough. You possess excellent communication skills, efficient administrative skills and are a team player. You are a critical thinker and have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the success of your projects and team. You communicate with your peers, suppliers & clients with a professional approach. 
 

From initial client liaison, to input into the creative concept all the way through to execution, this role will have you working with a team of vibrant and skilled events professionals to deliver best in class events.

Required knowledge and skills include:

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end co-ordination of events Developmemy of run sheets and documentation in a thorough and timely manner
• Fastidiously managed budgets including supplier negotiation
• Copy writing and production of creative responses and proposals for client briefs
• Development and maintenance of supplier relationships
• Proven ability to use Adobe suite is favourable
• Proficiency in Excel is necessary in this role

Delivery of events also requires:

• Travel and work outside of regular business hours when needed 
• A valid Australian Drivers License and vehicle
