Your new role

There are numerous opportunities for technically skilled engineers in the Air Traffic Management market. You will be working with an international team focused on design, development, and validation. The positions are full-time roles based in Melbourne - relocation assistance provided, previous experience in Air Traffic Management (C4i also relevant) is essential, overseas or interstate candidates with ATM experience are encouraged to apply.




Key Responsibilities

  • Organise the co-engineering of the Feature Team working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Design and maintain the systems engineering artefacts of the Function, including; requirements, capability description, functional behaviour and data exchanges (internal and external interfaces)
  • Ensure the transversal constraints related to the function are considered (Safety, Human Factor, Performance, Security)
  • Contribute to the definition of the validation strategy
  • Contribute and participate in the technical reviews (SOR, SFR, FIRR, SwRR)
  • Provides technical oversight to other teams within the project/bid, ensuring that the designed solution is implemented as per the design and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost and quality constraints.
  • (Note* Multiple levels available - essential experience in systems engineering with ATM exposure)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree in Engineering, or related discipline
  • Profile domain knowledge, ATM or C4i
  • Proven experience in Systems Engineering including requirements, design, integration, verification and validation
  • Experience with Systems Engineering Standards
  • Proven experience in the development of products and projects in a variety of methodologies, with a particular focus on iterative/agile development
  • Proven experience in AGILE domain and especially PO role
