Daystars Bardwell is currently seeking a passionate ECT to join our beautiful 60 place early learning centre .We are seeking candidates for the role of Educational leader join our team asap.
This lovely centre is located in a quiet and beautiful leafy suburb Bardwell valley (near Arncliffe).We have 2 outdoor play area as well as spacious, well resourced indoor play areas.

 

   ECT Requirements:

  • a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • a current and valid Working with Children Check
  • a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
  • an ability to interpret curriculum documents.
  • effective oral and written communication skills

Educational Leader responsibilities:

  • Experienced working with children aged 0-5
  • Must have great communication skills to effectively liaise with both staff and parents.
  • Must have a high-level thorough understanding and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) including National Quality Standards (NQS), QIP
  • Be confident planning and programming for children aged 0 – 5
  • Be available to work on the displayed days and times
  • Be looking to commit to a role long-term

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT who want to pursue Ed leader position

  • Conduct team meetings on a regular basis
  • Attend professional development trainings and workshops
  • Promote the service within the local community with great programming.
