Lorg Talent is seeking experienced Earthmoving Plant Operators/All-Rounders for an Irish-owned mining & civil company in the Pilbara region. If you're looking for a fantastic opportunity with visa sponsorship and a team that feels like home, this could be the perfect role for you!
 
About the Role
You’ll be operating a range of heavy equipment, including:

• Excavators
• Graders
• Front End Loaders
• Skid Steers
• Telehandlers & Manitou

 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and levelling surfaces for large concrete installations
• Grading and road maintenance using GPS
• Excavating trenches around underground services
• Bench or battering excavation walls
• Manual trimming by hand when required
• Safe transportation of plant and materials to mine sites
• Routine maintenance and minor repairs of equipment

 
What We’re Looking For

• Heavy Rigid/Heavy Combination Driver’s License
• Excavator, Grader, Front End Loader & Skid Steer Operations Tickets
• Experience in mining or civil construction operating heavy machinery
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
