We are currently seeking a brilliant Teacher to join our Early Childhood service located on the breathtaking NSW Central Coast!

This is an opportunity to join Rise Early Learning Charmhaven as a full-time Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) where you will enjoy working as part of a dynamic team to deliver quality outcomes for children along with unparalleled career progression.

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice
• Interest in and/or passion for and understanding of the RIE approach
• Strong leader, inclusive of others, and brings a positive attitude everyday
• Enthusiastic, dedicated and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
• Flair for building and maintaining positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree, or working towards, depending on course/course progress
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
• Mentoring and/or leadership experience (desirable) coupled with experience as an Early Childhood Teacher (highly desirable) and/or Educator (essential).
