Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join their esteemed team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per annum. Position: Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse interests and developmental needs of children.
• Create and maintain a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment that fosters children's growth and curiosity.
• Observe, document, and assess children's progress, tailoring learning experiences to support individual development.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with families, engaging them in their children's educational journey.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold the highest standards of education and care.
• Ensure compliance with National Regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications.
• Proven experience in early childhood settings, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education.
