Salary range: $81,926.37 - $83,047.82 (inclusive of all allowances/loadings), plus super

Located in the small coastal community of Wadeye, 420kms from Darwin, the Wadeye Children and Family Centre is the place for dedicated and passionate educators. - Diploma in early childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current NT Working with Children Card
- 1-2 years’ experience as an educator or in a similar role
- Organisational skills including include general organising, planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to comply with the organisation’s code of ethics, vision (spirit), policies and procedures and to support the organisations culture
- Experience in building successful relationships with staff, families and community
- A commitment to continuous improvement and efficiencies in service delivery
- Knowledge of relevant state and commonwealth laws and regulations
