Position:             Room Leader 
Status:                Full time permanent (37.5 hrs)
Salary range:      $38.80 - $39.92 per hour (depending on experience and including above award allowance)
Qualifications:    Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent) 
Centre name:      One Tree Len Taplin Children’s Service
Location:            Port Hedland, Western Australia

This position and you

You will be implementing the National Quality Standards in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework. We prefer candidates with at least one year of OSHC experience. Confidence and knowledge in the EYLF and My Time, Our Place Framework are essential.

Being a team player with strong communication skills is crucial. Your success will depend on your ability to identify and nurture the strengths of both children and team members, as well as your commitment to One Tree Community Service’s spirit, purpose, and values.
