Discovery at Play Early Learning Centre Dalyellup are looking for Diploma Educators to join our supportive and innovative team at Dalyellup. The position requires a willing and motivated candidate with an enthusiasm for Early Childhood Education and Care.

We are seeking experienced and passionate Educators who will implement and evaluate programs for children that encourage them to explore. 

Educators willing to enroll in working towards Diploma traineeship may apply.

Skills & Requirements

• Hold a current First Aid qualification, Child Protection Certificate
• Experience in a similar role
• Diploma or willing to train
• Sound knowledge of the EYLF/NQS
• Sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
• Engage and supervise the children at all times
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Discovery at Play ELC policies and procedures
• Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
